Contractors who join before September 1, 2026 receive a 90-day Pro trial from September 1 through November 29. New contractors after launch receive a standard 30-day trial.

Annual plans charge nine months for twelve months of service. Stripe’s card-processing charges are separate from the listed Gräs platform fee. Trials require a verified email and payment method; Gräs does not begin an unapproved paid subscription.
Trial protection
Eligible founding members keep Pro access during the 90-day launch period. They must confirm a paid plan before it ends or their workspace returns to Free.
Core scheduling, recurring work, customer management, manual routes, and public booking remain on the Free plan.
Subscription settings show trial status, remaining days, billing interval, and the exact next price.
Only the business owner can start, change, or cancel the company subscription.
Paid subscriptions use Stripe Checkout and the Stripe customer portal for secure billing changes.
